Protecting Yourself From Negativity
Usually many of us just get on and deal with the energy vampires in our lives - friends, family, colleagues, acquaintances, clients/customers - who drain you of energy perhaps moaning constantly about everything that’s wrong, being negative about everything with a “can’t do” attitude or simply leaning on you for the many things they need.

Usually many of us just get on and deal with the energy vampires in our lives - friends, family, colleagues, acquaintances, clients/customers - who drain you of energy perhaps moaning constantly about everything that’s wrong, being negative about everything with a “can’t do” attitude or simply leaning on you for the many things they need.
Sometimes however, that negativity is overwhelming and when your LIP dreams and visions are still fragile, the last thing you need is for them to be blown away by an energy vampire who claims to be protecting you.
Being told to “keep a positive frame of mind” whilst true is also not always especially useful - you can’t force it if you just don’t feel it (I know, I’ve tried!!).
I try and spend as little time around energy vampires as possible - preferring instead to surround myself with “can do” people who energise, inspire and motivate me. This tactic was especially true when we were in the process of creating our LIP lives - I even wrote about it on my personal blog at the time.
Unfortunately, it is just not possible to isolate yourself from negative people all the time, so this is what I do to protect myself from negativity…

I was excited when I first heard about it, not only because it has provided me with an ideal solution for my Business Headstart system for which I’d tried numerous membership site models - but it is an ideal business model for anyone wanting to create a location independent business, based on selling their knowledge of a particular topic.
